I’m admittedly not the biggest geek around, so I discovered yesterday’s launch of BricaBox into public beta through my diligent combing of the del.icio.us popular page today. I’m sure my more technically alert blogging brothers and sisters were already aware of the impending arrival of this new “social content platform,” which combines creation of content with various aspects of social media. But it was news to me. So I hit the link on del.icio.us and, after eyeballing the BricaBox site, I did some cursory homework here and here. The possibilities are intriguing. So, I decided to swing back and sign up at BricaBox.

As promised on the site, sign-up took about 30 seconds. I haven’t created anything yet, but I do plan to explore the possibilities and see what I can come up with. Then I’ll be absolutely thrilled to share it with my loyal following (thanks Mom!).
